YEAH program

Hello!

Congrats on completing the study! We're excited that you're continuing with us.

The YEAH program is designed to be a sex positive journey to help women take charge of their sexual pleasure and health. Taking a sex positive approach means seeing sex as normal, healthy, and fun.

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll cover different topics and strategies in short 15 minute modules. If you're riding solo, don't worry! There's plenty of ways to reflect and practice in non-sexual situations.

    → Learn that mindfulness and relaxation also apply to sex

  • Sexual communication

    → Focus on exploring sexual interests and boundaries
    → Learn how to communicate your needs to others
    → Learn ways to use consent in the heat of the moment

  • Sexual negotiation

    → Focus on balancing sexual pleasure and safety
    → Learn your soft and hard boundaries for safer sex
    → Learn how to negotiate safer sex and ways to say no

  • Alcohol & sex

    → Focus on how drinking affects the mind and body
    → Learn how alcohol influences sexual desire and arousal
    → Learn ways to be prepared to use skills, even if drinking

In YEAH, emotions are central. Because of this, we encourage you to complete weekly check-in surveys. Unlike the study, these are way shorter.

Check-in's help keep track of emotions and how we interact with them. It's also a good way to reflect on skills practice during the week.

To make the most of your time in YEAH, you'll receive reminders to complete the modules. The first module is coming your way this week!
